This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, tracking, and what to do if you experience any issues with your order. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Renueva Advanced Peptides currently ships to all states within the United States of America only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are continuously working to expand our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
We currently ship to all 50 US states including:

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Please note the following:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day
- Orders placed after 3PM EST will be processed the following business day
- During peak periods or holidays processing times may be slightly longer
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped

- Tracking included on every order
Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days
- Cost: $19.99
- Tracking included on every order
Overnight Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 1 business day
- Cost: $34.99
- Tracking included on every order
Free Shipping:
- Available on all orders over $150
- Standard delivery time of 3 to 7 business days applies
ORDER TRACKING
Every order placed with Renueva Advanced Peptides comes with a tracking number. Here is how it works:
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number
- You can use your tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped
- If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at [email protected]

Renueva Advanced Peptides works with the following trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders:
- USPS — United States Postal Service
- UPS — United Parcel Service
- FedEx — Federal Express

The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited or overnight orders
- We do not ship to US territories at this time
- Some products may have additional shipping restrictions depending on state regulations
- Renueva Advanced Peptides reserves the right to refuse shipping to any location at any time
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged please follow these steps:
For Lost Packages:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Include your order number and tracking number in your email
- We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
For Damaged Packages:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and products
- We will review your case and if approved we will send you a replacement at no additional cost
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Please note the following:
- Renueva Advanced Peptides is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- If you realize you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order
- After 24 hours we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made as your order may have already been processed and shipped
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to the following reasons:
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Peak shipping periods such as holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customs or regulatory delays
- Any other circumstances beyond our control
Renueva Advanced Peptides is not responsible for delivery delays caused by any of the above circumstances. If you experience a significant delay please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery depending on the value of the order and the shipping method selected. If a signature is required and you are not available at the time of delivery the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package.
PACKAGE REFUSAL
If you refuse delivery of your package without prior authorization from Renueva Advanced Peptides you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Please contact us before refusing any delivery.
